Letter of Recommendation

This online form is for teachers who wish to recommend their students for the Father Michael Sepp Scholarship, a one time $1500 grant for a Catholic high school bound 8th grade student. The student should be an exemplary young Catholic who attends mass regularly and does parish service at Sacred Heart Church, Bronx. This form and the online scholarship application form must be submitted by March 11th.
